      Hi Sejo,

Actually the feeling of chi is more easy to feel in the palms. Personally I feel it in palms quite strong during practice of Taijiquan or Qigong, it’s like a heat flowing from the palms. To develop feeling of chi in the abdomen time needed and practice of Taijiquan. When you feel Chi in your palms, put palms on the abdomen approximately where you think your center of gravity is and breathe with abdomen.

Chi is life energy, we inhale it and then it circulates in the body, for me it’s the feeling of heat.
